1 Warriors Player Has Reportedly ‘Lost All Faith’ In Steve Kerr

The Golden State Warriors are not having the season many people had hoped for.

There was optimism coming into the year that the Warriors would be able to compete for another championship.

But there has been more disappointment than success so far.

The Warriors are 16-18 on the season and are coming off their most disappointing loss of the year.

They held an 18-point lead with a little under seven minutes to play in the game.

Golden State proceeded to blow the game and lose on a game-winning three-pointer by Nikola Jokic.

One player that was not on the floor to help the Warriors was Jonathan Kuminga.

The third-year pro is in the midst of his best season but that doesn’t mean that all is well with him.

According to NBA insider Shams Charania, Kuminga has “lost all faith” in Kerr helping him reach his full potential.

After sitting the final 18 minutes of Nuggets loss, Warriors forward Jonathan Kuminga has lost faith in Steve Kerr and no longer believes that Kerr will allow him to reach his full potential, sources say.

Kuminga has been recently inserted into the startling lineup, but his minutes per game do not reflect that.

In the loss to Denver, Kuminga only played 19 minutes and sat the entire fourth quarter.

Golden State now has a dilemma on its hands with one of their budding stars.

It will be interesting to see what the Warriors want to do with Kuminga.

He could be a valuable trade asset, or they could try and keep him around and hope Kerr can repair the relationship.

Golden State’s window of winning another championship is closing.

Doing what they can to keep Kuminga happy would be a good move.
