One of the many major awards that is handed out at the end of the NFL season is the league’s Coach of the Year Award.
This season, there are a handful of coaches in the running to win the award.
However, according to FanDuel TV, Los Angeles Chargers head coach Jim Harbaugh and Chicago Bears head coach Matt Eberflus are tied at +1000 for the best odds to win the award.
“I think Harbaugh could be (the favorite)…My big thing is Eberflus…If (the Bears make the playoffs), there’s an excellent chance that Matt Eberflus wins the Coach of the Year,” insider Cousin Sal recently stated (via The Ringer).

Starting with the Los Angeles Chargers, Harbaugh has won everywhere he has been, which includes his last stop in the NFL with the San Francisco 49ers.
He took them to the Super Bowl back in 2012 and has a chance, thanks to some talented names on the roster out in Hollywood, to take the Chargers on a strong ride over the next few years.
Eberflus is interesting because he has not had much success as an NFL head coach.
He is 10-24 as the head coach of the Bears and is entering an important season in the Windy City.
If rookie quarterback Caleb Williams can hit on his potential, the Bears could be a real threat to make the playoffs.
This Bears team is starving for success and if Eberflus is the one to guide them back to relevancy, he might be holding some hardware at the end of the 2024 season.
