The New England Patriots could use help on multiple fronts ahead of the upcoming season.
They’re now the worst team in the AFC East division, with the much-improved Miami Dolphins and New York Jets looking to give the Buffalo Bills a run for their money.
And while most of the talking about them has revolved around the quarterback position, Bill Belichick and his staff will still do their due diligence on every top-tier prospect they can get their hands on.
With that in mind, NFL insider Ian Rapoport reported that they’d host a couple of Georgia standouts for a top-30 visit on Thursday.
Per Rapoport, stars Broderick Jones and Nolan Smith will get their chances to impress Bill Belichick today.

Jones has already gotten plenty of attention around the league, and he’ll also visit the Tennessee Titans, New York Jets, and Arizona Cardinals at least.
He’s coming off a solid final season with the Bulldogs, logging over 930 snaps as their starting left tackle.
He impressed scouts with a remarkable 4.97 40-yard dash and his vertical leap at the NFL Draft Combine, and some see him as a plug-and-play, NFL-ready starting LT already.
Smith, on the other hand, is considered a top-15 prospect by most analysts and figures to be an elite prospect.
He did an outstanding job both off-the-ball on early downs and going after the quarterback on passing downs, and he ran a whopping 4.34 in the 40-yard dash at the combine, so he might not be available when the Pats are on the clock with the 14th overall pick.
