Throughout his career, LeBron James has done amazing things for several teams in the NBA.

Because of his age, many people assume that he will retire with his current team, the Los Angeles Lakers.

But James is still playing like a man in his 20s and there is a chance that he could move to another franchise before he hangs up his jersey for good.

According to Marc Stein, via NBACentral, two “mystery teams believe that LeBron James would consider signing with them if they were to draft Bronny James.”

“I know of at least two teams on the NBA map that believe LeBron James would consider signing with them at far less than $51.4 million if Bronny James is on the roster. There might be more,” Stein said.

Even at his age, James departing the Lakers would be a massive, jaw-dropping change for the team and the rest of the NBA.

It would be the sort of league-shaking news that would captivate and surprise millions of NBA fans.

If you don’t think about his age, the idea of James leaving the Lakers isn’t that far-fetched.

Despite a lot of talent on the roster, the team is still struggling and sits as the ninth seed in the Western Conference with a 28-26 record.

They simply are not performing like many people had hoped for and expected.

If James were any other 39-year-old star, most analysts would expect him to stick around and ride out the rest of his career in LA, but James is still putting up 24.8 points, 7.3 rebounds, and 7.8 assists per game.

Plus, he has always said that he would love to play with his son and has publicly suggested that he’d sign with a team that acquired him.

Because of his skills, the lacking Lakers, and the prospect of playing with his son, James could really say goodbye to Los Angeles in the near future.
