The New York Knicks are a team to keep an eye on ahead of the trade deadline.
They’ve already made a big move by trading for OG Anunoby, but they’re reportedly looking to bolster their second unit as well.
On top of that, multiple teams are reportedly keeping tabs on one of their veterans.
According to a report by Ian Begley of SNY (via NBA Central), the Atlanta Hawks, Memphis Grizzlies, Utah Jazz, and Houston Rockets are closely monitoring Quentin Grimes’ situation.

Grimes lost his starting spot to Donte DiVincenzo and hasn’t made much of an impact in limited opportunities off the bench.
He seemed to throw some shade at coach Tom Thibodeau earlier in the season, complaining about the lack of opportunities and how missing a single shot could send him to the bench for the remainder of a game.
Coach Thibs isn’t one to give young players a long leash or alter his rotations in any way, so he knows how this story goes.
Grimes is a former first-round pick and showcased some upside early in his career.
Notably, the Knicks would most likely have to attach another player to him in any trade, as he’s only making $2.3 million and it’ll be tough to find a player who could help them right now at that price range.
That’s why he’s expected to be moved alongside Evan Fournier, who also has fallen out of grace with coach Thibodeau.
