Once the 2022-23 NBA season ends, all the talk in the league will shift to the 2023 NBA Draft, with two exciting players set to dominate the offseason headlines.
One of those players is arguably the consensus No. 1 overall pick in the draft in, Victor Wembanyama, out of France.
Wembanyama is showcasing his talents by playing professionally in Europe before an NBA team can draft him on June 22.
On Sunday, Wembanyama had another highlight that was so crazy that even the NBA’s Twitter account couldn’t help but tweet it out to the world.

He gets more coverage than most NBA players

I really hope he lives up to the hype. He definitely needs to get with The Greak Freak if he wants to be a SUPERSTAR in this league. A little strength will make all of the difference in my opinion for him. Chet Holmgren need that same thing.

This kind of athleticism at his size isn’t seen in the basketball world, but it will be on display next season when whatever lucky team in the NBA gets the prized No. 1 overall pick.
That team will be determined on May 16 in the NBA Draft Lottery, with plenty of teams around the league hoping the ping pong balls bounce their way and ultimately gift them a player that many believe could be an instant superstar.
A lot can and likely will happen between now and draft day, with more attention on this incoming class than in recent memory.
Along with Wembenyama and all the hype surrounding the international star, Scoot Henderson is another player making a lot of noise heading toward the draft.
Much like Wembenyama, Henderson decided against going the college route to the NBA and chose to join the NBA G League Ignite for one season until he was eligible to be drafted.
These two potential stars in the making are expected to be the first two players taken in June’s draft.
