Outside of two-time Super Bowl champion Travis Kelce, the San Francisco 49ers‘ George Kittle is widely considered the best tight end in the NFL.
Not only is he a tremendous blocking and receiving weapon for one of the league’s best teams, but he is also one of the most popular players among the 49ers faithful.
With several weeks to go before OTAs begin across pro football, Kittle has some free time on his hands, and he decided to make an appearance in a WWE match at WrestleMania.

Kittle came in to help Pat McAfee, a former NFL punter and the host of the popular “The Pat McAfee Show,” win his match against The Miz.
Since coming into the NFL in 2017 as a fifth-round draft pick, Kittle quickly emerged as a star for a Niners team that was just starting to find its way out of the wilderness.
He had 515 yards and two touchdowns as a rookie in seven starts, and in just his second season he made his first Pro Bowl with 1,377 yards and five touchdowns.
The following season, Kittle and friends reached the Super Bowl, where they blew a late lead to Kelce’s Kansas City Chiefs.
San Francisco could be even better next season thanks to the addition of defensive tackle Javon Hargrave, as well as the possibility of a full season under center for quarterback Brock Purdy.
Purdy recently had surgery for a torn UCL in his throwing elbow, and he is expected to be able to throw a football again by early June.
