The Baltimore Orioles are a team with a bright future as their roster includes top young talent that is ready to make an impact.
Gunnar Henderson and Adley Rutschman have already made their mark on the team, but there is one top prospect in the organization who hasn’t yet experienced the big leagues.
Right-hander Grayson Rodriguez has been highly touted over the past year.
With right-hander Kyle Bradish going on the 15-day injured list, Rodriguez is finally going to get his opportunity.
Early on Wednesday, the Orioles made a key announcement, revealing that Rodriguez is headed to the big leagues for the first time.

This is exciting news for the Orioles and their fans.
While losing Bradish hurts the rotation, Rodriguez’s arrival is certainly a boon for the team.
The young right-hander will be starting Wednesday’s game against the Texas Rangers as he makes his Major League debut.
The Orioles were largely carried last season by their young stars, including Rutschman.
With Henderson and Rodriguez both arriving on the scene this year, the Orioles have a good chance to surprise people yet again.
In 2022, the team won 83 games and finished just three games back of the third American League Wild Card spot, which was won by the Tampa Bay Rays.
It was the first time the Orioles had finished in contention since 2016.
Orioles fans are certainly excited for the opportunity to see Rodriguez pitch for the first time.
The team is young and full of impressive talent that is ready to guide them into a new era for the future.
