When Tyreek Hill left the Kansas City Chiefs during the 2022 NFL offseason, many Chiefs fans were devastated.

Hill joined the Miami Dolphins, which many considered to be a lateral, if not worse move.

After just one year on the Dolphins, Hill recently came out with an announcement that has been the talk of the internet.

During a recent radio appearance, Hill revealed that the 2025 season will be his last in the NFL, retiring after that year.

Hill is a seven-year NFL veteran and will be 29 years old when the 2023 season begins.

This announcement has been met with both shock and disappointment, especially after his year in 2022.

In his first season with the Dolphins, Hill had career highs in both receptions and receiving yards, much to the delight of his new fans.

Despite his success with the Dolphins, HIll’s retirement year is officially picked out.

He cited several reasons for this, including going out on his terms, working on future entrepreneurial efforts, and spending more time with family.

When the 2025 season concludes, Hill will be 33 years old, a time when many players, especially at the wide receiver position, retire.

While this is big news now, the public outcry over this should blow over quickly, especially with the draft coming up.

The Dolphins only have four picks in April’s draft, and their first pick isn’t until the 51st overall selection.

Many fans and analysts have put on their mock draft hats in anticipation of this event, wondering who will be joining the team.
