The consensus around the NFL right now is that there are four quarterbacks that are expected to be taken in the first round of the 2023 NFL Draft on April 27.
Bryce Young, C.J. Stroud, Anthony Richardson and Will Levis are the four quarterbacks that everyone is talking about in the NFL, with no telling what the order will be that these four players are taken in the first round.
As always, draft boards can change drastically in the weeks leading up to the draft.
That may be no different this year, as former NFL general manager Mike Lombardi believes Richardson might be overrated.
Lombardi recently made an appearance on The Pat McAfee Show and expressed concern about Richardson.

With so many teams in need of a quarterback in the top half of the first round of the draft, it’ll be interesting to see where Richardson might land or if teams pass altogether and he becomes the one out of the four top prospects to fall.
Right now, Young and Stroud seem to be getting the most praise, as these two prospects could very well go No. 1 and No. 2 to the Carolina Panthers and Houston Texans.
Richardson and Levis might be in limbo even though teams looking at adding a quarterback will due their due diligence on these two players out of the University of Florida and the University of Kentucky.
Only time will tell where these talented young quarterbacks land and in the order they’re taken off the board on April 27 or in the later rounds.
