The Los Angeles Lakers are fighting for their playoff lives.
They have been playing must-win games for what feels like a month.
With two games left in the regular season, the Lakers must win both.
Luckily, they have been given a gift from the Phoenix Suns.
The Suns are not playing any of their key players on Friday night.
That is because they already clinched the fourth seed in the conference and want to rest their stars.
So Kevin Durant, Devin Booker, Chris Paul, and Deandre Ayton will all miss Friday’s game.
According to Dave McMenamin, the Lakers still have an outside shot at the sixth seed if they can win out.

There is no question that the Lakers should win this game against the undermanned Suns.
Most teams that have already clinched their playoff spot are looking to get rest ahead of the playoffs.
The Lakers seem to be one team that is finding its stride at the perfect time.
They are 7-3 in their past 10 games and have put themselves in a position to miss the play-in tournament.
But, if they plan to have any playoff success they must stay healthy.
That is something the Lakers have failed to do all year which is why they find themselves in this position.
But, with LeBron James leading the way, the Lakers will be a tough out if they can get into the playoffs.
