The Phoenix Suns had perhaps their most important win of the season on Thursday night.
They took down the Denver Nuggets with a strong 119-115 victory.
The game was important for multiple reasons.
First, the Nuggets are the best team in the West and could be Phoenix’s challenger in the Western Conference Finals.
Second, the game was another chance to show the world what the combination of Kevin Durant, Devin Booker, and Chris Paul can do.
On Friday morning, Skip Bayless reiterated his opinion that the Suns could win the NBA Finals with this lineup.
He was very impressed with their big victory and especially how Durant became laser-focused towards the end of the game as his team was falling behind.
Bayless called the game a “microcosm” of what the Suns can do and suggested they have finally found their rhythm.

The Suns have now won seven games in a row and the trio leading the team is really finding a good rhythm.
They are getting it together at the perfect time, just days before the postseason.
There was concern that the loss of Durant a few weeks ago would completely disrupt team chemistry and would leave them trying to find it again as the postseason started.
That isn’t the case and the Suns have never looked so strong.
Even though they are the fourth seed, many people are claiming they have what it takes to surge to the NBA Finals.
If they continue to play as they have been, Bayless and many other analysts will be proven right about this team.
