After the season they’ve had, the Golden State Warriors need every victory they can claim before the postseason begins.
On Friday night, the team was looking to overtake the Sacramento Kings.
Those Western Conference rivals have had one of the best seasons of the year and have turned into true competitors.
But they didn’t have what it takes to stop the Warriors.
Golden State beat Sacramento 119-97 and fans of the team were elated.

There were many who proudly boasted about the all-around effort of the team, such as Klay Thompson with 29 points, Stephen Curry with 25, and Donte DiVincenzo with 18.
Others used the big win as an opportunity to shove it in Sacramento’s face and rub salt in the wound.
“Don’t light the beam,” one Warriors fan said.

There were multiple Warriors followers who felt that the entire game was impressive.
In fact, it was a low-stress situation, which is new for fans of the Warriors.
“First time I haven’t stressed during a game in a long time,” a faithful Warriors follower said.

“24 turnovers tho.. We gotta clean that up,” another commented.
Sure enough, the Warriors had 24 turnovers while the Kings only had 12.
That’s quite a margin.

If the standings hold, the Warriors will face off against the Phoenix Suns in the first round of the playoffs.
That will be a series filled with multiple champions, plenty of postseason experience, and high stakes.
The Warriors have just one more game on their schedule.
They play the Portland Trail Blazers on Sunday.
They haven’t been very good with road wins this season but can they nab a W in their last game of the regular season?
