The Miami Heat are heading to the 2023 play-in tournament, but first, they’ll have a big ceremony.
After 20 years with the team, Udonis Haslem is playing his final regular-season game this Sunday.
As expected, everybody is celebrating the veteran big man.
He’s one of the most respected players in the league, and many fans decided to show him love ahead of this game.

All due respect, UD has been an assistant coach since 2014-2015. That said, he’s been a key locker room presence for the heat all these years. Every team needs a UD in their locker room…not necessarily as a player though

The Heat clash against the Orlando Magic today, trying to finish the season on a strong note.
Haslem is expected to receive a big homage from his team.
Of course, they hope to get a win for the three-time NBA champion and boost their confidence for the play-in.
Haslem lands in this game with career averages of 7.5 points and 6.6 rebounds in 875 games with the Miami Heat.
This season, he has appeared in six games, posting 1.3 rebounds, 0.5 points and 0.2 steals per game with Miami.
This team has gotten better over time, and the real competition starts now for them.
Whoever faces them in the playoffs will have to play hard to beat Jimmy Butler and company.
Miami made it to the 2022 Eastern Conference Finals, and they still have their core from that run.
It won’t be easy, but they’ll try to make a deep playoffs run this season.
But first, they’ll need to get past the play-in tournament.
Today, however, they will try to have a nice Sunday, celebrating one of the most important players in franchise history.
This is the last dance for Udonis, a real veteran that made a big impact on his team and the entire NBA.
