The NFL offseason has been full of interesting moves.
But, most fans seem to be waiting for one trade in particular to go down.
That is the expected Aaron Rodgers trade between the Green Bay Packers and New York Jets.
These teams have been talking about this deal for a while, but we are still in a holding pattern.
Neither team is willing to meet the others’ demands as of now.
But, as we get closer to the NFL Draft, you can assume a deal will get done.
Ian Rapoport said on the Pat McAfee Show, “I think both sides know they’re gonna get a deal done but there’s no reason for either team to give in yet.”

For the Jets’ sake, they have to make sure this deal gets done.
Their fans are expecting Rodgers to be their quarterback next season, and anything short of that would be a disappointment.
The Jets have waited so long to find their next franchise quarterback.
Despite using many top draft picks on a QB, they were never able to find the right one.
But, there is no question Rodgers would be able to get this team back to the playoffs.
He is a four-time MVP quarterback and someone that has elevated teams in years past.
Plus, the Jets have a very good roster and one that almost made the playoffs last year despite poor QB play.
There is no guarantee that Rodgers will put the Jets in the playoffs, but he gives them a great shot.
