The Indianapolis Colts have a new head coach in Shane Steichen, and he will attempt to get them back on track after they finished 4-12-1 last season.
The team posted an inspiring video on their official Twitter account that showed Steichen meeting with his players and talking about the qualities and tenets that will establish a winning culture.

Steichen comes to Indianapolis from the Philadelphia Eagles, where he served as their offensive coordinator the last two seasons.
Under his stewardship, the Eagles finished third in both total yards and points scored last season, which allowed them to get to the brink of a world championship, as they lost by just three points to the Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl.
Before that, he was the Los Angeles Chargers’ offensive coordinator in 2019 and 2020, which gave him the opportunity to work with both Justin Herbert and former Colts quarterback Philip Rivers.
The Colts certainly have a hole at QB right now, as veteran Matt Ryan, who they traded for last offseason, didn’t work out and was eventually benched after their embarrassing overtime loss to the Minnesota Vikings late in the season.
They will have the fourth overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, which may give them the opportunity to draft a viable QB prospect such as Anthony Richardson of the University of Florida.
There is always the chance that Indianapolis trades up with the Arizona Cardinals in order to receive the third pick and make sure they can nab Richardson.
With weapons such as Jonathan Taylor and Michael Pittman Jr. on offense, a good signal-caller would greatly help their chances of returning to the playoffs.
