Cardinals Veteran Stirs Up Debate With A Bio Change

It’s the dawn of a new era for the Arizona Cardinals, but that’s not always a good thing.

The team won’t be as competitive as per usual next season, as Kyler Murray will miss a big portion of the campaign with a major injury, so the word around the league is that some veterans could be on their way out.

WR DeAndre Hopkins has been linked with multiple trades and could even be released, but he’s not the only Cardinals star facing a similar path.

Recently, star defender Budda Baker fueled countless debates on social media by wiping the team from his Twitter bio.

Baker followed that minor – yet significant – move by sharing a GIF of Michael Jordan in “The Last Dance” when he talked about how disrespect motivated him.

He’s one of the defensive stalwarts of the team and one of the locker room leaders, but he’s made it clear that he doesn’t feel respected anymore.

For years, Baker has established himself as a fan favorite on and off the field, staying put and loyal to the organization through thick and thin.

So, even though he didn’t offer any context, one doesn’t need to reach out to Sherlock Holmes to figure out what’s going on right now.

Baker still has two years left on his contract and is just 27 years old, so this might all be about a contract extension.

But if not, then other teams might as well start to pick up the phone and make some calls about him.
