One of the more surprising upsets over the weekend in the NBA playoffs was the defending NBA champion Golden State Warriors falling to the Sacramento Kings in Game 1 of their first-round series.
Although the Warriors are arguably the worst road team in the postseason, Golden State was able to get Andrew Wiggins back in the fold for Game 1, which gave the team a considerable boost, at least until he went 0-for-4 in the fourth quarter.
As a result of the loss in Game 1, the Warriors will be under a lot of pressure in Game 2 in Sacramento, with the game being on the road and it being incredibly difficult to bounce back from two games down in a playoff series.
However, Colin Cowherd of Fox Sports believes the Warriors are a team that can bounce back and takes control of this series.
“There’s a couple of reasons you shouldn’t worry about the Warriors.”

Obviously, Wiggins playing well in Game 1 of this playoff series, despite a poor fourth quarter against the Kings, is a great sign for the Warriors.
There’s no question that if any team in the playoffs right now can be resilient and bounce back from a disappointing outcome in Game 1, it’s the defending champions.
The Warriors have been in this position before in the playoffs and are as battle-tested as they come, which bodes well for solid performance in Game 2 at the Golden 1 Center.
It’ll be interesting to see how the Warriors come out in Game 2 and if the Kings can continue to play well after a stellar outing in Game 1.
