We aren’t entirely sure what is next for Giannis Antetokounmpo and his Milwaukee Bucks.

The legendary big man and two-time MVP took a nasty fall on Sunday and missed most of the game because of it.

Due to his absence, the Bucks ended up losing to the Miami Heat and now the entire Bucks fanbase is on edge.

On Monday morning, Shannon Sharpe said what everyone is thinking.

“I don’t believe the Bucks can beat the Heat without Giannis. They are well coached and Jimmy Butler can take the game over any time,” Sharpe said on Undisputed.

The Bucks were the favorites to win Sunday’s game.

The fact that they fell apart without their lead star is both not surprising but also very troubling.

Sharpe is right: Butler is a strong player and a great team leader and Erik Spoelstra is one of the most accomplished head coaches in NBA history.

This is not the team the Bucks want to go easy against.

The good news is that there is optimism that Antetokounmpo will be back for Game 2.

But what if he isn’t ready for Wednesday’s game?

And what if he does come back but isn’t playing at 100% because of the nagging injury that will likely remain throughout the rest of the postseason?

Even if Antetokounmpo returns, will he truly come back as he was before?

Just a few days ago, the Bucks were considered a frontrunner to go all the way to the NBA Finals in a couple of months.

Now there are numerous people wondering if they’ll even get out of the first round.
