The Denver Broncos have continued to find themselves in the news during the offseason.

After signing a new coach, and drama surrounding Russell Wilson, the Broncos can’t catch a break, in terms of media coverage.

Recent rumors have circulated about Jerry Jeudy, and his future with the team.

These have since been dispelled by the Broncos’ general manager, George Paton, who has recently spoke out about the situation.

“We’re high, really high on Jerry,” and later, “He’s going to be here,” said Paton.

Jeudy was a highly touted wide receiver from the University of Alabama and was selected 15th overall in the 2020 draft.

Despite some of Wilson’s flaws in 2022, Jeudy amassed the best statistical season of his young career.

Last year, he totaled 67 receptions for 972 yards and six touchdowns, which were all career highs.

Jeudy and Courtland have established themselves as a one-two punch in the Broncos’ receiving core, which is slated to continue into 2023, according to Paton’s comments.

Sean Payton, the Broncos’ new coach, has also weighed in on their receiver situation.

Regarding Sutton and Jeudy, Payton said “We’re not trading those two players.”

Will Jeudy and Sutton, along with the expected growth of Wilson, be enough to conquer the increasingly difficult AFC West?

The Kansas City Chiefs are coming off a Super Bowl victory, and the Los Angeles Chargers made the playoffs last year.

While the Las Vegas Raiders didn’t make the postseason in 2022, they too, have added new pieces during the offseason.

Jeudy is widely seen as a bright young receiver, but he hasn’t yet broken the 1,000-yard mark.

Will 2023 be this breakout season?
