The undermanned Golden State Warriors took care of business in Game 3.
The Dubs were without Draymond Green (suspension) and Gary Payton II (illness), yet their defense rallied together to make a statement and prove that they still have more than enough firepower to get the job done.
Everybody stepped up and chimed in to help the team get a much-needed win and prevent them from getting into a 0-3 hole.
However, perhaps none of them shined as much as Kevon Looney, who led the team in assists in rebounds and grabbed 20 boards (9 offensive).

So, when asked about that kind of effort, coach Steve Kerr raved about Looney’s basketball IQ and determination to help, going as far as to call him one of the best rebounders in the league.
Kerr claims having a guy like him on the roster is a coach’s dream, once again claiming that he’s going to ride with Looney until the end of time.
The coach also praised Stephen Curry for proving to be one of the most explosive scorers in the game again.
The reigning Finals MVP put on a show in front of his home crowd with 36 points and six assists, leading his team to a 17-point statement win over the third-seeded Kings.
The Warriors will now get Green and hopefully Payton back on the floor for Sunday’s Game 4 contest, and the Kings would need to do a lot better if they want to head back to Sac-Town with a position to close them out.
