The NFL Draft week is finally here, as the first round will begin on April 27th.

It is anyone’s guess how the draft will unfold, and the Arizona Cardinals are one team worth watching.

The Cardinals have the third overall pick in the draft, and it seems like they are eyeing a defensive player.

But quarterback Kyler Murray would like them to draft another offensive lineman.

According to Mike Garafolo, Murray likes Ohio State offensive lineman Paris Johnson.

FWIW word is Kyler Murray likes Paris Johnson a lot and has let that be known inside the #AZCardinals’ building. Johnson visited there recently. https://t.co/qxsDYrR9wT

Any quarterback would love to be protected, and that means having the best offensive line possible.

Murray is coming off a torn ACL, and adding an offensive lineman is not a bad idea.

But selecting Johnson third overall seems like a reach.

If Arizona does want to select him, it would be best if they trade back before doing so.

The Cardinals have so many holes on their roster that the more rookies they can add the better.

Next season is most likely a rebuilding year for the Cardinals.

Murray is not expected to return until midseason, and they will have a tough time winning without him.

It will be very difficult for them to pass on Will Anderson with the third pick.

He is the best defensive player in the draft and plays a premium position.

But if they want to make their franchise quarterback happy, it appears that selecting Johnson would do that.
