The New York Yankees are a team that is rich in tradition and has a history of winning.
After all, they have 27 World Series titles, which is the most in baseball and the most by any major organization in all of sports.
Each generation has seen more than its fair share of talented superstars and greats who have captured the hearts of fans.
Left-hander Nestor Cortes is now a part of the Yankees family and a key member of their starting rotation.
On Friday, the star left-hander was asked an important question, that being who he would put on his personal Mount Rushmore of Yankees stars.
Cortes’ answer can be found in the tweet below.
Nestor made a Mount Rushmore of his favorite Yankees
Derek Jeter
Reggie Jackson
Aaron Judge
Andy Pettitte
Who would your four be?

Cortes says that he would put Derek Jeter, Andy Pettitte, Reggie Jackson, and his current teammate Aaron Judge on his personal Yankees Mount Rushmore.
Judge certainly forced his way into the conversation with his dominant season in 2022.
He hit 62 home runs and became the new American League single-season home run king, passing Yankees legend Roger Maris.
But Jackson, Pettitte, and Jeter were always clutch performers as well.
Jeter could always be counted on for clutch hits.
A perfect example is his walk-off home run in Game 4 of the 2001 World Series, when he became “Mr. November.”
Jackson, known as “Mr. October,” is one of four players to hit three home runs in a World Series game.
Pettitte could always be counted on for a key pitching performance when the Yankees needed him the most.
