On Thursday afternoon, it was reported that Milwaukee Bucks head coach Mike Budenholzer had been fired from his position.
This big shake-up showed that the Bucks are very serious about moving on from a terribly disappointing postseason.
The number-one Bucks fell in the first round of the playoffs, shocking many.
Just two seasons ago, Budenholzer led Milwaukee to a championship and now he is out of a job.
NBA analyst Kevin Wildes pointed out that aside from Steve Kerr of the Golden State Warriors, every champion coach since 2015 has been fired.
Every NBA Champion Coach since 2015 not named Steve Kerr has been fired.

It all started last summer when the Los Angeles Lakers parted ways with Frank Vogel.
That was just a couple of seasons after he helped his team win another ring.
Tyronn Lue was also fired by the Cleveland Cavaliers a few years after winning a title in 2016.
And Nick Nurse of the Toronto Raptors has been without a job for a few weeks now too.
Budenholzer’s departure is a sign that getting to the top of the NBA mountain comes with many benefits but many challenges too.
Once a team has reached such a peak and achieved that sort of success, the front office, the fans, and the media expect them to remain as strong.
The collapse of the Bucks in the first round was very surprising and it was clear that Milwaukee was going to make some changes.
They still have a strong roster and being eliminated at the start of the postseason just isn’t acceptable.
The firing of Budenholzer might be one of many changes the Bucks make in the summer.
It wouldn’t be shocking if several players are traded away soon.
Milwaukee will attempt to rebuild quickly and become championship contenders again.
In fact, anyone whose last name isn’t Antetokounmpo could be on the chopping block in the months ahead.
