Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James had one of his less elegant moments in Game 2 vs. the Denver Nuggets.

James had a hilarious flop battle with Nikola Jokic.

However, one of them was so blatant, so funny, so incredibly obvious, and bad, that even San Antonio Spurs rookie Jeremy Sochan had to call him out on Twitter.

Why does ‘King’ James flop so much?

Sochan ripped James for flopping constantly, also mocking his “King” nickname.

Needless to say, that tweet went viral in the blink of an eye, with plenty of people warning him of his inevitable fate in his next matchup with LeBron.

Bro they gonna come for you, don’t do it

Because he knows the officials will give him the benefit of the doubt

Don’t tweet my glorious king again you bust

Because Bron flopped first

Why do you have a 50.9% TS?

— GOAT James (@BronToAD) May 19, 2023

why are you not in the playoffs ?

Notably, this has been a talking point by LeBron’s haters for quite a while.

They think other players don’t respect him or fear him as much as they used to respect and fear, say, Michael Jordan or Kobe Bryant.

Then again, James has been in this league long enough to know that he doesn’t need to do a lot of talking on social media, and you better believe he’s keeping receipts and will make sure Sochan remembers his name in their next matchup.

Sochan clearly didn’t learn from Dillon Brooks’ antics in the first round of the playoffs when he claimed LeBron was old already, and that’s not a fate you want to have, especially not after how it turned out for Brooks.

The Spurs will be must-watch television next season upon Victor Wembanyama’s arrival, and now there will be a couple of more reasons to tune in when they’re slated to play against James and the Lakers.
