Just three days ago, the Miami Heat were one win away from making it to the NBA Finals.

Fast forward to today, and all that energy, momentum, and narrative have shifted back in the Boston Celtics’ favor.

The Celtics have taken the past two games by storm, taking back-to-back wins into their trip to South Florida for Game 6.

And even though Jimmy Butler recently guaranteed that the Heat would take care of business and win this series, some fans on social media aren’t so sure anymore.

Dude was talking about kicking back and drinking a few beers last game. Now he talking different.

We can’t and we won’t if you continue to play half speed and act like you’d rather be elsewhere, Jimmy. Kind of need some urgency

Notably, the Heat were fairly superior in most aspects of the game in the first three matchups.

Erik Spoelstra drew circles around Joe Mazzulla, and the Celtics’ rookie coach seemed overwhelmed and overmatched more often than not.

That hasn’t been the case in the past couple of games, with the Celtics’ young stars taking over and showing a lot of heart and courage to bring their team back from the dead.

The Heat entered the playoffs as the No. 8 seed and didn’t have the starpower to match up with a team like the Celtics, so they need to be borderline perfect to beat them.

They were able to road Spoelstra’s elite coaching and Butler’s outstanding scoring run, but that can only get you so far.

Of course, the Heat should still be able to close them out, as they’re not the kind of team that’ll drop four games in a row, let alone against the very same rival.

But as confident as they might want to sound, it seems like people aren’t buying it right now.
