The Miami Heat have made a habit out of turning undrafted, waived, and pretty much unknown players into legit rotation pieces.

Duncan Robinson was one of the latest examples of that trend a couple of years ago, establishing himself as one of the best, most efficient three-point shooters in the league.

Robinson played his way into a five-year, $90 million incentive-based contract, but he had fallen behind in Erik Spoelstra’s pecking order for the most part of the past two seasons.

That didn’t stop him from working as hard as ever — if not more — and staying ready to help his team when it mattered the most, and it showed with a huge fourth-quarter performance in Game 2 of the NBA Finals.

Fans took to Twitter to praise Robinson for his epic performance, and his mean mug in the fourth quarter will become a meme, regardless of the outcome of this series.

Robinson is yet another example of Heat Culture.

It doesn’t matter if you were a top-10 pick or an undrafted guy; everybody will have to work and earn their right to set foot on the court, regardless of the contract you’re signed to or how much money you’re making.

That’s why this set of players has been able to accomplish so much despite seemingly being the least-talented squad in the postseason.

The Heat continue to beat the odds and are now three wins away from winning the NBA Finals for the fourth time in franchise history, and Robinson’s play will have a lot to do with that.
