Trae Young has been a controversial player in the NBA since he came into the league.

The Atlanta Hawks star has embraced his role of villain in the Eastern Conference, taunting teams and reminding them of the things he can do on the court.

During a recent edition of his self-named podcast, the point guard revealed his favorite game-winner of his NBA career.

“It’s the Knicks for sure. Just because it was Game 1 of my first playoffs ever. The atmosphere was crazy. It was just so fun in that arena,” Young said.

Young had a magical run during that year, terrorizing the Knicks in the first round of the playoffs, and taking them out in the first round.

Young went through a lot during that series, but he had the last laugh, eliminating the Knicks in the process.

He ended the game with a floater and told the fans to be quiet right after.

The Hawks won the game 107-105, taking a big win at Madison Square Garden.

Ever since that moment, Young became an enemy of the city of New York. Young posted 29.2 points, 9.8 assists, and 2.8 rebounds in five games.

He went on to eliminate the Philadelphia 76ers in the second round before the eventual champions Milwaukee Bucks stopped them in the Conference Finals.

Young had a terrific run that year, and the memories he created won’t be forgotten anytime soon.
