Over the past several seasons, there have been quarterback changes across the NFL that have altered the course of many organizations.

Players like Joe Burrow and Josh Allen have been selected with high draft capital, and almost immediately led their respective teams to the playoffs.

Trevor Lawrence has initiated a similar effect for the Jacksonville Jaguars, who are now starting plans for a new stadium, per First Coast News.

This new stadium will reportedly cost $2 billion, half of which, is slated to come from the Jacksonville community.

While a new stadium is very exciting for the majority of fans, it could impact more than their tax dollars.

As another First Coast News article indicates, Jaguars tickets are expected to increase at the new stadium.

Even though the tickets are slated to increase, Jaguars president Mark Lamping expressed that food and drink prices could decrease.

“Food and beverage plays a strategic role for the Jaguars right now,” Lamping said.

Regardless of rising ticket prices across the league, fans continue to show up to support their favorite teams.

It does help when their favorite organization is on the rise, which is what Jaguars fans are now treated to.

Lawrence will enter his third season in 2023, looking to have yet another meteoric rise in production.

The good news for Lawrence is that he’ll have NFL veteran Calvin Ridley at his disposal this year.

If Ridley is fully healthy and ready to play at pre-injury levels, the Jaguars could find themselves on a deep playoff run this year.
