CC Sabathia may no longer be pitching in Major League Baseball, but he still is an important part of the MLB community.
Sabathia pitched 19 seasons in the Major Leagues, splitting time with the Cleveland Indians, Milwaukee Brewers, and New York Yankees.
Recently, the legendary left-hander was out on the streets in Seattle giving back to several small businesses.
The left-hander has long been a partner with Mastercard, and with that partnership, he was able to bring these small businesses out to Seattle for the All-Star Week festivities.
Sabathia stopped by MLB Network and talked about his ventures with Mastercard and what he has been able to accomplish with this partnership.

Sabathia talked about how he has been a partner with Mastercard for such a long time and what he has sought to accomplish with the partnership.
He says he has always been working with them and their small businesses and also helping grow the fan experience of baseball as a result.
On Sunday, he got a chance to visit some food trucks and buy some donuts to support those businesses.
The left-hander revealed that maple is his favorite donut flavor and that he is “all-in” on that flavor.
Sabathia says that the relationship between Major League Baseball and Mastercard is a special one, and he talked about taking part in “Stand Up To Cancer,” and even doing a “Priceless” commercial last year.
Last year, he was also able to donate $10,000 to small businesses in the Bronx.
