Patrick Mahomes, in the eyes of many analysts and fans across the NFL, is one of the league’s top players.
He is consistently compared to the likes of Tom Brady and Peyton Manning, largely due to the amount of success he’s found in his young career.
Recently, the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback was given yet another award, this time, the ESPY for top NFL player.

This is the second time that Mahomes has received this award, with his first nod coming in 2019.
He joins a select list of players that have received this award at least twice, which includes Manning and Brady.
Mahomes has also won two league MVPs and two Super Bowl MVPs and hasn’t shown any signs of slowing down.
With another award in hand, Mahomes is ready to head into the 2023 season with Super Bowl aspirations.
While he has a long way in catching Brady’s stats and Super Bowl rings, Mahomes is well on his way.
With him at the helm, the Chiefs seem to always have a chance to make a deep postseason run.
They have made it to three Super Bowls over the past five seasons, appearing in the AFC Championship each year.
Many other teams in the AFC have made it their mission to take down the Chiefs, given their frequent dominance.
Can the likes of the Cincinnati Bengals, Buffalo Bills, or Jacksonville Jaguars take down the Chiefs this season?
Or, will Mahomes’ brilliance continue, netting him even more accolades, and the Chiefs another title?
