It is about that time again in the NBA when the league and the basketball world honor some of the greatest players and coaches in the game’s history by inducting them into the Basketball Hall of Fame.
This year has an international feel, with some of the best players around the world getting honored with a Hall-of-Fame nod, like Pau Gasol, Tony Parker, and Dirk Nowitzki.
Along with those three champions getting honored along with Dwyane Wade, one of the greatest NBA head coaches of all time is also getting the nod, with five-time NBA champion Gregg Popovich set to officially become a Hall of Famer even after recently signing a contract extension with the San Antonio Spurs.
When someone gets inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame, they have to pick a presenter, and Popovich has chosen four special players that helped him become a five-time champion and one of the greatest coaches the league has ever seen.
Popovich will be inducted by Parker, Tim Duncan, David Robinson and Manu Ginobili, according to NBA on ESPN.

Popovich has won titles with all four players set to present him, with all five of his titles being won with Duncan, Ginobili, and Parker leading the way.
Along with all these players being enormously successful on the court during their time with the Spurs, they’re now all Hall of Famers, with Parker being the latest addition to the club.
Ironically enough, Popovich could be back here again if Victor Wembanyama has the Hall-of-Fame career everyone expects him to have in San Antonio.
