Everybody around the NFL has spent the past couple of months raving and talking about the New York Jets, and for very good reasons.

They were already an up-and-coming team long before adding a future Hall-of-Famer at the most crucial position in the game, so it’s only natural that the hype train is going at full steam right now.

The Jets defense was already elite, and their offense was only being held back by poor QB play.

So, now that Aaron Rodgers is in town, star RB Breece Hall shared his thoughts about their new-look offense, pretty much citing that the sky is the limit for them now:

“I mean with the offense we have right now, I think we have an answer for everything,” Hall said, via NFL.com. “If you don’t want to load the box, Aaron’s going to get the ball off all day, if you do we’ve got the RPOs and we’ve got him to take shots, and we have the receivers that are going to make plays for us, as well. And if the offense is struggling, we have the backbones of our defense to rely on, so we’re excited for that, for sure.”

Hall was on pace to win NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year honors before suffering an ACL tear in Week 7.

Eventually, it was his teammate Garrett Wilson who earned the honors.

Hall was quite impressive right out of the gate, totaling 681 yards (463 rushing, 218 receiving) before suffering that injury.

Fortunately for him, his rehab has gone right as scheduled with no setbacks, so there’s a big chance he’ll be able to be on the field as soon as Week 1.

The Jets also brought in Allen Lazard, Randall Cobb, and Mecole Hardman, and there’s a chance they will sign Dalvin Cook, who would be an elite insurance policy behind Hall as he works his way back to the field.

Truth be told, it’s hard to think of a more balanced and stacked offense in the AFC right now, and it’ll be championship-or-bust in New York in 2023.
