With training camps well underway for all 32 teams in the NFL, the media has started doing the rounds and talking to star players who are actively participating in camps with their respective teams and getting their opinions on some interesting topics.

One topic of discussion that never gets old when talking with current stars in the NFL surrounds the best players of all time at their position, which is exactly what happened with one-time Super Bowl champion wide receiver Tyreek Hill.

As arguably an elite receiver in the game today and in the running for the best wideout in the game right now, the Miami Dolphins star gave his list of the five players he thinks were the best at his position on NFL Network with reporter Cameron Wolfe.

We had a great convo with Dolphins star WR Tyreek Hill (@cheetah) on @nflnetwork after practice today.

My last question was on his top-5 WRs — Hill’s breakdown of current top-5 (with a caveat) and all-time top-5: pic.twitter.com/Z1ZP1A7UlS

Without hesitation when asked to give his top-five receivers of all time, Hill went with Antonio Brown, Terrell Owens, Torry Holt, Calvin Johnson, and Randy Moss.

Although all these stars of the past are deserving, there’s one noticeably absent name that is usually at the top of everyone’s list at wide receiver.

Somehow, someway, Hill neglected to put Hall of Famer and three-time Super Bowl champion Jerry Rice in his top-five wideouts ever to play the game.

Hill did acknowledge not putting Rice in his top-five receivers and called him the “alpha” of the position, but it seems like he only put players on his list that he actually watched, but otherwise, it really doesn’t make sense in any way, shape, or form.
