The New York Yankees have been following a concerning trend as of late.
Since the beginning of July, they have only won one series.
On Sunday, their bullpen faltered, squandering a 7-3 lead against the Miami Marlins and leading the Yankees to an 8-7 walk-off loss.
However, the Yankee lineup is going to get a major boost on Monday as they begin a three-game set against the Atlanta Braves.
According to Jon Morosi of MLB Network, New York is expected to get infielder and slugger DJ LeMahieu back from the injured list.
On Twitter, Morosi pointed out just how impactful that could be for the Yankees.
DJ LeMahieu is expected to be in the lineup tonight, which is welcome news for the Yankees.
The Yankees are 25-6 this season (.806) when he scores a run.

Morosi also noted that when LeMahieu scores a run, the Yankees own an impressive record of 25-6.
That all adds up to a winning percentage of .806.
However, when LeMahieu doesn’t score a run, the Yankees are notably less successful, playing to a record of 35-52, which adds up to just a .402 winning percentage.
Still, LeMahieu’s bat returning to the lineup on Monday night should be a major boost for the Yankees as they attempt to right the ship after another tough series loss which has them at just two games above the .500 mark.
With a record of 60-58 heading into their series against the Braves, New York is 13 games back of first place in the AL East and five games back in the Wild Card race.
But LeMahieu should give them a bit of a boost as they begin a very important three-game series against the five-time defending NL East champs.
