Countless people were supporting Miami Heat legend Dwyane Wade this weekend as he was inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame.
Throughout his career, Wade was known as the epitome of class and was a proven team leader for the Heat.
He also made a number of friends in the league, including Carmelo Anthony.
Anthony posted a picture of himself with Wade and Chris Paul on Twitter following the induction.
“Proud of my brother,” he said in the tweet.

These three players saw a lot together.
They were competitors for years, although it was Wade who found the most success, winning three championships during his tenure in the NBA.
As for Anthony, he was never able to secure a Finals ring during his 19 years and Paul is still on the hunt for his first.
The closeness of these men shows how the NBA can be a brotherhood.
It is more than people just playing against each other.
It is also athletes creating life-long, important, substantial connections and friendships, even with those they compete against.
Many people saw this photo and tweeted at Anthony to expect his own induction soon.
Although he is a 10-time All-Star and a member of the NBA 75th Anniversary Team, Anthony is not in the Hall of Fame.
But with an average of 22.5 points a game and an undeniable impact on the rest of the league, there are numerous analysts and writers who believe that his time in the Hall is coming.
That may be true, but for now, Anthony is just celebrating his close friend and former competitor.
