The Cincinnati Bengals and Kansas City Chiefs have developed the most entertaining rivalry in the league as of late.

Ja’Marr Chase and even the Cincinnati mayor have starred in this rivalry, although the Chiefs obviously have bragging rights as of now.

With that in mind, the LSU product addressed the rivalry in his recent appearance on Good Morning Football.

And even though he claimed he didn’t want to do a lot of talking right now, he did acknowledge that there’s a rivalry brewing, and it’s fun because both teams are young and up and coming.

Notably, the Bengals look like the only team in the AFC that could legitimately give the Chiefs a hard time every single time they face off against each other.

Nonetheless, it’s reached a point where it’s personal now, and Patrick Mahomes has made it more than clear that he’s keeping tabs on Chase’s comments about him.

Chase dismissed the talk of Mahomes being the best quarterback in the game, and the two-time Super Bowl champion took offense to those comments.

It’s become more than evident that beating them means more for Mahomes, and maybe messing with the undisputed best player on Earth isn’t the wisest decision.

Whatever the case, and regardless of who wins, the best part about this brewing rivalry is that we’ll get to watch both Mahomes and Joe Burrow go toe-to-toe for years to come, as neither of them have reached their prime and will dominate the league for at least the next decade.
