The Miami Dolphins can’t seem to catch a break with injuries so far this offseason.

Shortly after losing CB Jalen Ramsey for the first stretch of the season, and just when WR Jaylen Waddle seemed ready to come back, Mike McDaniel’s team suffered another injury.

According to a report by Dolphins beat writer Daniel Oyefusi (via Dov Kleiman), left tackle Terron Armstead was forced to leave practice early and was carted off with an apparent leg injury.

The veteran had to be carted off the field, only fuelling more concerns about his status and potential availability.

The Dolphins were conducting their joint practice with the Houston Texans ahead of their preseason matchup on Saturday.

Armstead is one of their best offensive lineman, and they don’t have anyone on their roster capable of filling in for his stellar production.

He had made it clear that he wanted to play all 17 games this season after struggling with injuries for most of last season.

He hasn’t played an entire season in his ten-year career in the National Football League, and while the team has yet to disclose any more information about his injury, this might not be the year he’s finally available full-time either.
