Under head coach Mike Vrabel, the Tennessee Titans have become known as a tough and physical football team around NFL circles.
The Titans have a knack for competing against the best of the best and a large reason for that is their bell cow running back Derrick Henry.
Henry established himself as one of the best backs in the league because of his ability to break tackles and churn for extra yards.
Henry has also broken off massive run plays in his career after finding gaps in the defense and fighting off any tacklers in his way.
Opposing defenses at this point know that the Tenneesse offense lives and dies by Henry but his talent and physicality make it a near-impossible task.
To no surprise, the star running back is currently leading the league in one impressive rushing stat via Statmuse.
Henry has the most 100-yard games by an active running back with 34.
Most 100-yard games by an active RB:
34 — Derrick Henry
30 — Ezekiel Elliott
29 — Nick Chubb
21 — Dalvin Cook

Henry is a true workhorse who is able to handle the lion’s share of touches in the backfield, a testament to his work ethic and body.
Even when he is not able to rip off big plays, he will always be able to wear out defenders who have to try as hard as they can to bring him to the ground.
The other names on the list are no slouches as Ezekiel Elliott, Nick Chubb, and Dalvin Cook have been stars at various points in their careers.
However, Henry is a clear level above his peers and he will be counted on to carry the Titans when the 2023 season begins.
