The Los Angeles Lakers are hoping to build upon the late-season success they just found.
If that is going to happen, they’ll need everyone on the roster to perform well and step up.
Two stars from the team have been seen practicing together during the offseason.
A video from Rico Hines Basketball, shared by pickuphoop on Twitter, showed both Jarred Vanderbilt and Cam Reddish playing alongside each other in a scrimmage.
In the video, both players move with speed and ease and also put up a few impressive shots.

For Vanderbilt, the upcoming season will be a chance for him to further prove himself.
He has been with the Lakers for just one season so far and averaged 7.2 points, 6.7 rebounds, and 1.6 assists per game.
At 6-foot-9, this forward is definitely the sort of player that the Lakers need.
The same is true for Reddish.
Reddish is 6-foot-8 and was just signed to the Lakers only weeks ago.
During his last season, with the New York Knicks and then the Portland Trail Blazers, the forward averaged 9.7 points.
Since joining the league in 2019, Reddish has had a lot of potential but hasn’t been able to really deliver on it.
Some people have been wondering when he will really shine.
Perhaps he will have a chance to break out and finally truly prove himself with the Lakers.
The Lakers have been fostering young and untapped talent lately.
For example, both Austin Reaves and Rui Hachimura have become breakout stars over the last few years and have shown that the team’s coaching staff has been right to believe in them.
Will the same thing happen with Reddish in the new season?
