Every single year, regardless of the talent on both sides of the football, the Dallas Cowboys are a team that is talked about constantly due to the popularity of the franchise.
The same situation happens with the Los Angeles Lakers in the NBA, as the 17-time champions often get talked about whether they’ve got a chance to win it all or not.
Sometimes, it is hard to know what to really think about these storied franchises and whether their expectations to start a season are realistic, but this time around, it seems like the Cowboys do have a stacked all-around squad.
However, Chris Broussard of FOX Sports is tired of hearing that the Cowboys are Super Bowl title contenders, as he believes that’s part of the franchise’s problem, via “First Things First.”
Should the Cowboys stop talking about the Super Bowl?
“In fairness, Dak was asked about the drought. But yes, stop talking about the SB. … I don’t want to hear the Cowboys talk about it. That’s part of their problem.” — @Chris_Broussard pic.twitter.com/TCOw5moA9l

Broussard believes that if the Cowboys players stop addressing Super Bowl questions, those questions will stop coming their way, and that will be better for the team moving forward.
Unfortunately, that probably isn’t the case for a team as popular and as surrounded by as much media as this franchise is on a daily basis, especially if Dallas starts winning games and looks like a legitimate title contender in the NFC.
At this point, there’s no telling if the Cowboys will be able to live up to the hype, even though they could have the best defense in the league, led by Micah Parsons, and a formidable offense led by Dak Prescott.
Only time will tell how things pan out in Dallas and whether this team can focus and put it together in 2023.
