The New York Jets struggled in one key spot last season, which led them to a 7-10 record.

That was at quarterback.

Not having a capable quarterback in place cost the Jets a chance at making the playoffs last season.

So their front office wanted to make sure that did not happen again.

That is why they went out and traded for future Hall of Famer Aaron Rodgers.

He is seen as the savior of this franchise and someone who can take them to the Super Bowl.

Jets defensive tackle Quinnen Williams went on “The Pivot” to discuss how Rodgers can be the final piece to the puzzle.

The Jets happened to be featured on HBO’s “Hard Knocks” this training camp.

You can tell they have much more confidence as a team knowing Rodgers is leading the way.

There is not a team in the NFL that can be successful without strong play from the quarterback.

Adding Rodgers is a move that shook up the league and should bring the Jets back to relevancy.

You can bet the Jets will be one of the most interesting teams in the NFL this year.

But, having to navigate through the AFC will not be an easy task.

This conference is loaded with elite teams and it will likely take at least 10+ wins to get into the playoffs.

Rodgers has committed to playing for the Jets beyond this season, but he is not getting any younger.

The time to make a run at the Super Bowl is now for the Gang Green.
