He has repeatedly been noticed for his strong performances and work ethic, as well as a more-than-passing resemblance to Los Angeles Lakers legend Kobe Bryant.

During his six years in the NBA, few people noted a resemblance to Bryant.

But Hollis-Jefferson reevaluated his life and his play style after he left the NBA.

During his time in the league, he played for the Brooklyn Nets, Toronto Raptors, and Portland Trail Blazers but never broke out in a huge way.

He averaged 9 points and 5.5 rebounds.

Since leaving the league, he has changed his diet, altered his workout routine, and adjusted his approach to the game too.

During the World Cup, Hollis-Jefferson has impressed as a wing player and a strong defender.

He moves like Bryant and certainly resembles him physically.

In fact, there have been chants of “Kobe!” in the stands during games, according to ESPN.

Hollis-Jefferson is just 28 years old and has done incredibly well during the World Cup.

That has some people wondering if he will be back in the NBA soon.
