The AFC North will likely be one of the toughest divisions in the NFL to start the 2023 season, with all four teams capable of winning the division title as well as capable of making a deep run in the NFL playoffs.
Although the Cincinnati Bengals and Baltimore Ravens are stealing all the headlines right now for being potential title contenders, the Cleveland Browns and Pittsburgh Steelers can’t be overlooked, as both teams are stacked with talent.
Perhaps the least talked about team in the division right now is the Steelers, with some believing they’re still rebuilding in the post-Ben Roethlisberger era and might need a year or two to be in the running to come out on top in the division.
However, Joy Taylor of FOX Sports believes that the Steelers have a chance to be relevant right away in 2023, via “Speak” on FS1.

Although Taylor doesn’t give a concrete reason why the Steelers shouldn’t be counted out in the AFC North, Pittsburgh does have a track record of being a force to be reckoned with under Mike Tomlin.
Along with Tomlin still running the show, Kenny Pickett has begun to prove his worth and now has a lot of weapons at his disposal in Pittsburgh, which will be a big part of the team’s success in 2023.
Another aspect that will make the Steelers a tough team is the stiff competition within the division constantly testing them, resulting in being a formidable opponent for other teams during the upcoming season.
