The Dallas Cowboys are viewed differently by analysts across the league.
Some believe they are destined for another disappointing season, while others have high hopes.
Former Cowboys linebacker DeMarcus Ware recently gave his case for the Cowboys in a discussion with Jim Rome.
Ware said, “They look like a Super Bowl team every year,” adding, “It’s all about injuries.”

Ware highlighted the Cowboys’ captains as their main keys to success for the 2023 season.
“Guys were actually owning if they did something wrong,” Ware said, adding, “Hopefully, that carries into the postseason this year.”
Having team leaders step up, and acknowledge when they make mistakes, makes an impression on the youngest players.
This is the formula for a winning culture, as Ware illustrates.
The Cowboys haven’t reached the Super Bowl since 1995, which was also the last time they hoisted the Lombardi Trophy.
As an organization that has tasted success in the past, they are hungry to get back to the big game, and Ware believes this is the team to get there.
Dak Prescott continues to grow as a passer, but he is under pressure this year to bring the offense to another level.
Even though Micah Parsons is entering his third season, he already has a lot of responsibility on his shoulders.
His teammates see him as a leader of their defense.
If both of these athletes step up their games this season, it’ll be a catalyst for their teammates to live up to the challenge of playing for this historic organization.
