The Atlanta Braves had sealed their ticket to the postseason a few days ago, on Sunday.
There was only one thing left to achieve before the end of the regular season as a team: the NL East title.
They did that with a win against the second-ranked team in the division, the Philadelphia Phillies.
It is their sixth consecutive division title.
MLB posted a video of the last out, a strikeout by Kirby Yates, and the subsequent celebration on the field.

Punching their ticket to the postseason in mid-September is nothing short of amazing.
The Braves have been the best and most consistent team in baseball and it might not be that close.
With a 96-50 record, only the Baltimore Orioles (91-54) come remotely close to Atlanta.
No other team has sealed its ticket to the playoffs, let alone won its division.
Only the Braves, who have the luxury of fielding Ronald Acuna Jr., Matt Olson, Austin Riley, Marcell Ozuna, Sean Murphy, Michael Harris II, Ozzie Albies, Eddie Rosario, and Orlando Arcia in the lineup every day.
They also have a dominant rotation with Spencer Strider, Bryce Elder, Charlie Morton, Max Fried, and others.
This team is built to make a deep postseason run this season, and is trying to win its second World Series in three years.
There will be some really tough competition along the way, especially from the Los Angeles Dodgers, the Orioles, and the reigning World Series champs, the Houston Astros.
Still, there is just no way Atlanta isn’t seen as the favorite right now.
