Damian Lillard spent 11 years of his career with the Portland Trail Blazers as a loyal member of the organization.
Unfortunately, Dame demanded a trade from the team earlier this offseason and wanted to join the Miami Heat.
However, the Trail Blazers ended up trading Dame to the Milwaukee Bucks.
Lillard was welcomed with open arms by the Bucks as his arrival will allow them to have a legitimate shot at winning another NBA Championship.
The 33-year-old superstar was apparently itching to play basketball as the Bucks’ official Twitter handle posted a video of Dame putting up shots at the team’s training facility.

Lillard is one of the best players in the NBA right now, as evident from his stats last season.
In the 2022-23 campaign, Lillard put up 32.2 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 7.3 assists per game for the Trail Blazers.
Moreover, Lillard’s playing style should work out well with Giannis Antetokounmpo.
The Greek Freak is known for scoring most of his points near the basket.
On the other hand, Lillard is well-known for his ability to shoot from long range.
Lillard should open up things for Antetokounmpo and allow him to get better looks at the basket.
All things considered, the duo has every ingredient to be successful in the 2023-24 NBA season.
But whether they can make the most of this opportunity to win the NBA Championship or not cannot be predicted.
