Blake Griffin was expected to be the face of the Los Angeles Clippers after he was drafted as the No. 1 overall pick in the 2009 NBA Draft.
He established himself as one of the most exciting players to watch during his early years in the league.
At his peak, he and Chris Paul had the Clippers in the thick of the playoff race in every season.
But injuries took a toll on him over the course of his career.
Griffin has yet to win an NBA Championship, and he may never win one as it was recently revealed via theScore on Twitter that the six-time NBA All-Star is considering retiring this summer.

Griffin averaged 4.1 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 1.5 assists per game for the Celtics last season.
Moreover, he only played in 41 games throughout the season.
Despite not having a truly impactful season, Griffin has the opportunity to re-sign with the Celtics.
Now, it seems like fans may have seen Griffin play his last NBA game.
Being 34 years old, Griffin no longer has the athleticism he was once known for.
If Griffin indeed decides to retire from the NBA, does he belong in the Basketball Hall of Fame?
That’s something that fans may soon start wondering about.
