Even though the earlier reports stated that he was going to create mayhem for the Philadelphia 76ers, James Harden looks like any other player right now.
Perhaps the Sixers are trying to drive his trade value up, but judging by their latest clip, it doesn’t seem like Harden arrived in training camp with a desire to make things uncomfortable.
The former MVP was spotted making plays and practicing regularly.

Adrian Wojnarowski and Ramona Shelbourne of ESPN had reported that Harden planned to make things quite uncomfortable within the organization, up to the point where they felt like they had no choice but to trade him.
He skipped media day as the team continued to try and seek a trade partner, but Woj also stated that there was no traction regarding any potential move as of that day.
Harden is obviously one of the most impactful and talented offensive players on Earth, but his recent history with his teams has driven multiple franchises away from trying to make a run at him.
He’s fresh off leading the league in assists per game, yet he couldn’t get the kind of contract he was looking for in free agency, and that speaks volumes of his actual value around the league.
Even so, it might be just a matter of time before Daryl Morey is able to find him a new home, assuming he’s actually trying to do so.
