Tyler Herro of the Miami Heat appears to be ready to start the new year and leave the hectic offseason behind.
He shared a video of himself online at a practice court, moving quickly and with ease while putting up multiple shots.
With great speed and efficiency, Herro traveled around the court in a way that suggests his injury is far behind him and he can be an impactful player for his team again.

A lot of people didn’t believe he’d be with the Heat when the new season kicked off.
All summer long, his name was tied to just about every trade rumor involving Damian Lillard.
In the end, the Heat weren’t able to acquire Lillard and therefore Herro remains in Miami.
But that doesn’t guarantee he will be there for the rest of his career.
Now that it’s clear that the team views him as expendable, Herro could be on the move in the near future.
He would certainly be an attractive candidate.
Last season, Herro posted 20.1 points, 5.4 rebounds, and 4.2 assists per game.
He was doing quite well in his first season as a full-time starter.
Things were looking great for Herro and then an injury struck him during the very first game of the playoffs.
He missed the rest of the postseason as the Heat went all the way to the NBA Finals.
Now that that hand injury is healed and the trade rumors are put to rest – for now – he is looking ahead to 2023-24.
No matter where he ends up, Herro is going to play his heart out.
